Since 1984, Shalom Farm has offered premium quality all-natural and organic cheese. Made exclusively from organic milk produced by open air pasture grazed cows, our cheese is produced in our own modern facility right on the Meyer family farm in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania’s Dutch country. With no added preservatives, artificial ingredients, or additives, each batch is hand-made with time-honored methods and the utmost care. Then we slow-cure the cheese the old fashioned way, offering it for sale only when it’s reached the peak of its distinctive flavor and quality.
